Introduction
Additive manufacturing has been researching to produce complex parts which cannot produce by conventional manufacturing. Many researchers reported that AM specimen is lower fatigue strength than conventional manufactured specimen due to high surface roughness and existence of large defect. Therefore, it is important to improve the fatigue strength by surface enhancement method.
Objectives
Various shot peening conditions were carried out to the additive manufactured maraging steel specimen that surface condition is as-built condition. These specimens were carried out the fatigue test to investigate the influence of shot peening for the fatigue property of additive manufactured maraging steel.
